Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have 12 month of work experience in the proffered position. Must be able to read, write, and the ability to grasp and make sense of information, instructions, and narratives. Can do and perform work assignment under pressure with less supervision and must be able to meet tasks deadline. Must be physically fit to be able to handle and perform the duties of the position. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. This job is a temporary full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from employee's origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l). Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Perform routine building maintenance. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Service, clean, and supply restrooms supplies. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Perform other related duties as assign from time to time.
